Reporting on both technical and management level on the projects through deliverables, technical and management reports. Desired Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field. Solid grasp of Machine Learning and AI concepts. At least two years experience in project management, preferably with EU-funded projects. Strong analytical and organizational skills, paired with innovative and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and networking abilities. Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Willingness to travel and explore new horizons. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing finance and accounting operations, as well as our company's administrative processes and managing the financial aspects of EU-funded projects. Responsibilities: *Organize and manage finance and accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations. *Implement an efficient expense control process. Prepare reports and consolidated *financial statements. *Organize and manage the documents flow, including internal documentation, contracts and other accounting and corporate documentation. *Communicate with the company's accounting department and external financial consultants. *Financial co-management of EU-funded projects (Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe). *Prepare and submit financial reports, following the funding agency's financial rules and meeting reporting deadlines. *Coordinate with the company's project managers to allocate personnel and effort and ensure that personnel costs are supported by timesheets. *Ensure compliance with existing company policies and procedures. *Assist with the development and implementation of company policies and procedures. *Maintain an efficient and organized office environment. The candidate has to be an expert in Docker and containerization technologies. They must have knowledge about container orchestration tools, Kubernetes and logging/monitoring tools.
