Attending events such as project meetings, exhibitions and conferences in Greece and abroad. Reporting on both technical and management level on the projects through deliverables, technical and management reports. Desired Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field. Solid grasp of Machine Learning and AI concepts. At least two years experience in project management, preferably with EU-funded projects. Strong analytical and organizational skills, paired with innovative and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and networking abilities. Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Willingness to travel and explore new horizons. We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Financial and Administration Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing finance and accounting operations, as well as our company's administrative processes and managing the financial aspects of EU-funded projects. Responsibilities: *Organize and manage finance and accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations. *Implement an efficient expense control process. Prepare reports and consolidated *financial statements. *Organize and manage the documents flow, including internal documentation, contracts and other accounting and corporate documentation. *Communicate with the company's accounting department and external financial consultants. *Financial co-management of EU-funded projects (Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe). *Prepare and submit financial reports, following the funding agency's financial rules and meeting reporting deadlines. *Coordinate with the company's project managers to allocate personnel and effort and ensure that personnel costs are supported by timesheets. *Ensure compliance with existing company policies and procedures. *Assist with the development and implementation of company policies and procedures. *Maintain an efficient and organized office environment. You will be responsible for defining and implementing our containerization technology strategies. You will also design our architecture and define our roadmap. The candidate has to be an expert in Docker and containerization technologies. They must have knowledge about container orchestration tools, Kubernetes and logging/monitoring tools. You will also be responsible for building and improving our application CI/CD pipelines and keeping yourself and the team up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.   Responsibilities Manage and maintain highly available microservices on Kubernetes. As an ML Team Lead, you will guide the building of a competitive team of data scientists and ML engineers, drive the building of exceptional applied AI/ML solutions with the latest techniques. Moreover, you will bring technological and scientific excellence in several NLP tasks, including question answering, text summarization, search and information extraction from unstructured text datasets.   Responsibilities as ML Team Lead:  Lead and coach a squad of more junior data scientists & engineers.  Ability to go from paper-to-implementation and come up with novel ideas. Should be also skilled in container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and event streaming tools like Flink and Spark and be at ease when working with NoSQL, analytics databases and query engines. It is expected to help also in building and improving our CI/CD pipelines and keep him/herself and their team up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
