Overview

We are looking for a mid-level Communication Manager with a strong grasp of technology and a passion for storytelling, to support LIBRA AI Technologies’ strategic communication efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital communication, content creation, and dissemination activities — particularly within the context of European-funded research and innovation projects. This role involves close collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and project managers to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content. It also includes active involvement in organizing and promoting both online and in-person events, while shaping the company’s voice across digital channels and public-facing materials.

Responsibilities:

• - Manage and update the company’s website and social media channels.
• Write and design communication content, such as blog posts, newsletters, press releases, and presentations.
• Develop and implement social media and communication strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Coordinate and support events, including workshops, project meetings, and public outreach activities.
• Plan and execute dissemination activities for EU-funded R&D projects (e.g. Horizon Europe).
• Collaborate with technical teams to simplify and communicate AI and data science concepts to a broader audience.
• Monitor digital performance analytics and suggest improvements for reach and engagement.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in tech-oriented companies or an R&D environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Greek.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies (no coding required, but curiosity is key) is a plus.
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Clipchamp, etc.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
